Research Statement

The main research interest of my laboratory is the study of stress and its effects on bodily and psychological functions with a particular focus on psychoendocrinological, psychoimmunological, and molecular genetic aspects. For this we develop innovative laboratory protocols, which we apply in a broad range of experimental and clinicial contexts.
