Research Statement

Dr. Ulrike Lueken works as a researcher at the Institute of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Technische Universität Dresden. She is doing research on Parkinson’s disease as a human model for fronto-stiatal dysregulation, the effects of deep brain stimulation on cognition and reward processing, and investigates the neural substrates of fear and anxiety disorders, including neuroplasticity of the brain following cognitive behavioural therapy.
